Yes – via USB‑C with the battery inserted, from a power adapter or a USB device such as a PC; the battery is not charged and may continue to discharge; depending on the device, power supply may not be possible

Charging and power via USB: information from Panasonic on the camera – we have not tested whether it also charges replacement batteries in the camera.
