• Variants

  According to Panasonic, besides the DMW-BLK22, the Lumix GH5 II can also use the DMW-BLF19, but because of its lower capacity, Panasonic recommends the DMW-BLK22.

• Restriction

  According to Panasonic, with the DMW-BLF19, the Lumix GH6 cannot record video above C4K, frame rates above 60p (not even as a variable frame rate) or to an external SSD; the number of shots and recording time also decrease.

• Restriction

  According to Panasonic, the same video functions are locked on the Lumix GH7 with the DMW-BLF19 as on the GH6, plus RAW output via HDMI, external SSD and streaming; Panasonic recommends the DMW-BLK22 there.

• Charging

  According to Panasonic, the GH5 II, GH6, GH7 and G9 II also charge the battery in the camera body via USB; with the camera switched on this takes longer, and for the GH7, Panasonic recommends a USB PD power adapter with 27 W.
