History
Since 2010, Baxxtar has stood for power in moments that never return: the ‘I do’, the leap, the last light of the day. This is our story.
A flat battery at the wrong moment costs you a shot you’ll never get again. In 2010, Baxxtar set out to change that: with batteries, chargers and bags for photo and film – and with the aim of offering high-quality, affordable accessories.
With the PRO‑ENERGY range, Baxxtar grows into a power system for photographers: batteries, with Infochip depending on the model, plus chargers and bags. And a colour you’ll spot instantly in your camera backpack: signal red.
In CHIP Online’s battery test, ten NP‑FW50 batteries go head to head in the lab. The Baxxtar is named test winner – according to CHIP, thanks to very good performance in the lab. An accolade for the young brand.
Independent testers keep putting Baxxtar under the microscope: justIoT measures a capacity of 5,187 mAh for the Baxxtar Pro NP‑F750 – the stated capacity is 5,200 mAh. A result we’re proud of.
A&B GmbH of Schwabmünchen takes over distribution and continues to develop Baxxtar: new labels, its own website, the same standards. Designed in Germany, available on Amazon.
