Measurement conditions according to Panasonic: CIPA standard, Panasonic SDHC card and supplied battery, without flash (with the supplied flash approx. 300 shots using the monitor, 240 using the viewfinder); with viewfinder display speed ECO30fps approx. 320 shots; video: actual recording time when repeatedly switching on/off and starting/stopping recording.

Charging and power via USB: information from Panasonic on the camera – we have not tested whether it also charges replacement batteries in the camera.
