Charging in the camera

Yes – via the USB‑C port with the camera switched off; for this, Fujifilm describes charging from a computer, and a separate charger for the wall socket; the battery does not charge while the camera is switched on

Power via USB

Yes – when switched on, the camera draws power via USB, so the battery is drained less; it is not charged in this case, and its charge level drops slowly
