Power via USB

Yes – with ‘USB POWER SUPPLY SETTING’ set to ON, the switched-on camera draws power via USB, so the battery is drained less; it is not charged in this case, and its charge level drops slowly

Charging and power via USB: information from Fujifilm on the camera – we have not tested whether it also charges replacement batteries in the camera.
